Article 1 – Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These conditions govern the sales of short-term furnished apartment rentals via www.lba-normandie.com.
Article 2 – Pricing
All prices are listed in euros, inclusive of VAT (all taxes included), excluding local tourist tax as of the order date, unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include processing or shipping fees.
For orders to countries outside mainland France, you are the importer of the products concerned. Import duties, exchange fees, or other local taxes may apply.
These duties and charges are not the responsibility of www.lba-normandie.com. They will be at your expense and are entirely your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
All orders, regardless of their origin, must be paid in euros..
www.lba-normandie.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price charged will be based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of www.lba-normandie.com, even during the rental period.
Note: Once the tenant takes possession of the apartment (check-in), they are responsible for any damages caused within the apartment.

The contract information is provided in French and will be confirmed by email at the latest when your order is validated.
www.lba-normandie.com reserves the right not to process a payment or confirm an order for any reason, especially in cases of unavailability or issues with the received order.
Article 4 – Order Confirmation
Any order placed on the website www.lba-normandie.com implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. An order or reservation is only considered valid upon payment of a minimum 50% deposit. Confirmation of your order constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms, without exception or reservation.
All the provided data and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.
You declare that you are fully aware of this.
Payment of the 50% deposit serves as your signature and acceptance of the transaction.
A summary of your order will be sent to you via email once your order is confirmed.
Article 5 – Payment
By confirming your order, you are obligated to pay the indicated price.

Article 6 – Cancellation Policy
LA BELLE AVENTURE reserves the right to retain a percentage of the tenant’s payment or to charge a percentage of the rent according to the following cancellation policy:
30 days or more before arrival: Free cancellation
Between 15 and 29 days before arrival: 25% of the rent retained by the company
Between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rent retained by the company
Between 6 and 1 day before arrival: 75% of the rent retained by the company
If the tenant does not take possession of the accommodation on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice to www.lba-normandie.com, the full rent will be retained by the company, unless the property is re-rented under the same conditions.
Article 7 – Availability
Our products are available as long as they are visible on www.lba-normandie.com.
If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, we will notify you by email. Your order will either be automatically canceled with no charge or we will offer to find you an alternative accommodation for the duration of your stay.
Article 8 – Responsibility
The products offered comply with French legislation.
www.lba-normandie.com cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
Finally, the responsibility of www.lba-normandie.com cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damages arising from the use of the internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 9 – Applicable Law in Case of Disputes
This contract is written in French. These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the www.lba-normandie.com website are the intellectual and exclusive property of SAS La Belle Aventure.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use any part of the site, whether software, visual, or sound, without the express written consent of SAS La Belle Aventure.

The computerized records of www.lba-normandie.com will be considered proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
