These conditions govern the sales of short-term furnished apartment rentals via www.lba-normandie.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Article 2 \u2013 Pricing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

All prices are listed in euros, inclusive of VAT (all taxes included), excluding local tourist tax as of the order date, unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include processing or shipping fees.<\/p>\n\n

For orders to countries outside mainland France, you are the importer of the products concerned. Import duties, exchange fees, or other local taxes may apply. <\/p>\n\n

These duties and charges are not the responsibility of www.lba-normandie.com<\/strong>. They will be at your expense and are entirely your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities. <\/p>\n\n

All orders, regardless of their origin, must be paid in euros..<\/p>\n\n

www.lba-normandie.com<\/strong> reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price charged will be based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation and subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n

Note: Once the tenant takes possession of the apartment (check-in), they are responsible for any damages caused within the apartment.<\/p>\n\n

Article 4 \u2013 Order Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Any order placed on the website www.lba-normandie.com<\/strong> implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. An order or reservation is only considered valid upon payment of a minimum 50% deposit. Confirmation of your order constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms, without exception or reservation. <\/p>\n\n

All the provided data and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n

You declare that you are fully aware of this.<\/p>\n\n

Payment of the 50% deposit serves as your signature and acceptance of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n

A summary of your order will be sent to you via email once your order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n

Article 5 \u2013 Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

By confirming your order, you are obligated to pay the indicated price.<\/p>\n\n

LA BELLE AVENTURE reserves the right to retain a percentage of the tenant\u2019s payment or to charge a percentage of the rent according to the following cancellation policy:30 days or more before arrival: Free cancellationBetween 15 and 29 days before arrival: 25% of the rent retained by the companyBetween 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rent retained by the companyBetween 6 and 1 day before arrival: 75% of the rent retained by the companyIf the tenant does not take possession of the accommodation on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice to www.lba-normandie.com<\/strong>, the full rent will be retained by the company, unless the property is re-rented under the same conditions.<\/p>\n\n

Article 7 \u2013 Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Our products are available as long as they are visible on www.lba-normandie.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, we will notify you by email. Your order will either be automatically canceled with no charge or we will offer to find you an alternative accommodation for the duration of your stay. <\/p>\n\n

Article 8 \u2013 Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The products offered comply with French legislation.<\/p>\n\n

www.lba-normandie.com<\/strong> cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.<\/p>\n\n

Finally, the responsibility of www.lba-normandie.com<\/strong><\/a> cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damages arising from the use of the internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.<\/p>\n\n
